1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OyeMistri (“the Platform”), operated by BSC Innovations Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Overview
OyeMistri is a marketplace that connects customers with construction material suppliers and skilled labour (“mistris”). We are an intermediary platform — we do not manufacture products or directly employ workers.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to register
- One phone number may hold multiple role profiles (customer, supplier, worker)
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Orders & Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise
- Payment is processed via Razorpay. We support UPI, cards, netbanking, and COD (where available)
- Suppliers must accept orders within 4 hours or orders auto-cancel with full refund
- Delivery OTP is mandatory — do not share your OTP with anyone before verifying delivery
5. Labour Bookings
- Booking charges are shown upfront including applicable surcharges
- Cancellation within 10 minutes of scheduled time incurs a 25% fee
- Cancellation after worker arrival incurs a 50% fee plus travel charges
- Workers receive instant payout via UPI upon job completion
6. Supplier & Worker Obligations
- Suppliers must maintain accurate inventory and pricing
- Workers must maintain valid KYC documentation
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows result in penalties and possible suspension
- All listed products must be genuine — counterfeits result in immediate termination
7. Disputes
Disputes must be raised within 48 hours with supporting evidence. OyeMistri will investigate and resolve within 7 working days. Claims under ₹500 may be auto-refunded. Our dispute resolution is binding on both parties per these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
OyeMistri is an intermediary under IT Rules 2021. We are not liable for product quality, worker performance, or third-party actions beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the transaction value in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
