We collect information you provide directly: name, phone number, email (optional), delivery addresses, KYC documents (for suppliers & workers), and payment details. We also collect device information, IP addresses, and usage data to improve our platform and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

Process orders, bookings, and payments
Verify supplier and worker identities (KYC)
Send transactional SMS, email, and WhatsApp notifications
Prevent fraud and ensure platform safety
Improve our services through analytics

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with: payment processors (Razorpay), SMS providers (MSG91), delivery partners, and government authorities when legally required. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption, secure databases (NeonDB with SSL), and access controls. Aadhaar numbers are stored as one-way hashes — we never store raw Aadhaar data.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
Export your data in machine-readable format
