Refund & Cancellation Policy

Material Orders
Cancellation by Customer
- Before dispatch: Full refund, no charges
- After dispatch: Refund minus logistics cost
- After delivery: Subject to return policy (see below)
Cancellation by Supplier
If a supplier fails to accept an order within 4 hours, the order is auto-cancelled and you receive a full refund. Suppliers who cancel repeatedly face penalties and suspension.
Returns
- Return windows vary by product (check product page for details)
- Construction materials (cement, sand) are generally non-returnable once opened
- Damaged or wrong products can be returned within 48 hours with photo evidence
- Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Labour Bookings
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 10 min before: Free cancellation
- Within 10 min of scheduled time: 25% cancellation fee
- After worker arrives: 50% fee + travel charges
No-Show by Worker
If the assigned worker doesn't show up, you receive a full refund automatically. The worker receives a penalty.
Quality Disputes
If you're unhappy with work quality, raise a dispute within 48 hours. Our team reviews evidence and resolves within 7 days. Partial or full refunds may be issued depending on the case.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are always processed to the original payment method (RBI mandate)
- UPI refunds: 1–3 business days
- Card / Netbanking refunds: 5–7 business days
- If the original method is unavailable (e.g., card expired), we'll contact you for alternatives
