How to File a Grievance
- Email grievance@oyemistri.in with your complaint, order/booking number, and supporting evidence
- You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours with a ticket number
- The Grievance Officer will investigate and respond within 15 days (as per IT Rules 2021)
- If the resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate to the appropriate consumer forum or the National Consumer Helpline (1915)

- Privacy and data-related concerns
