How to File a Grievance

  1. Email grievance@oyemistri.in with your complaint, order/booking number, and supporting evidence
  2. You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours with a ticket number
  3. The Grievance Officer will investigate and respond within 15 days (as per IT Rules 2021)
  4. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate to the appropriate consumer forum or the National Consumer Helpline (1915)
